Our Core Values
What we value
• We value corporate prayer as God's ordained means by which His people commune with Him, seek His will, and participate in His purposes. We gather together to seek the Lord, intercede for our region, and pray for revival, salvation, healing, and spiritual awakening. (Acts 1:14) (Acts 2:1–4) (Acts 4:24–31) (Matthew 18:19–20) (James 5:16)
• We value worship that is rooted in biblical truth and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We seek to exalt Jesus Christ through singing, prayer, thanksgiving, reverence, celebration, and wholehearted devotion, worshiping God in spirit and truth. (Psalm 95) (Psalm 100) (John 4:23–24) (Ephesians 5:18–19)
• We value dependence upon the Holy Spirit, who glorifies Christ, sanctifies believers, empowers witness, and distributes spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church. We seek to walk in holiness, boldness, love, and faithful obedience to His leading. (Acts 2) (1 Corinthians 12) (1 Corinthians 14) (Romans 12:6–8)
• We value biblical discipleship and are committed to making disciples rather than merely gathering attendees. We seek to raise mature followers of Jesus Christ who are grounded in Scripture, transformed by the gospel, growing in holiness, and equipped to disciple others. (Matthew 28:19–20) (2 Timothy 3:16–17) (Colossians 1:28)
• We value gospel-centered transformation and believe that a genuine encounter with Jesus Christ produces lasting change through the work of the Holy Spirit. We pursue lives marked by repentance, holiness, obedience, spiritual maturity, and increasing conformity to the image of Christ. (Romans 12:1–2) (James 1:22) (2 Corinthians 5:17)
• We value evangelism and mission as a central calling of the Church. We seek to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers to be faithful witnesses in their schools, workplaces, churches, neighborhoods, and communities. (Matthew 28:18–20) (Acts 1:8) (2 Corinthians 5:18–20)
